In house we do the basic stuff like restrings, setups, nuts and saddles, fret dressing, pickup installations and sometimes some semi-major things. Most of the major repairs (refrets, loose braces, cracks, warranty work, etc) we send out to a couple of shops we use who specialize in those things for a living and offer great service and work.

For electronic repairs we can change a fuse or put a battery in it for you. For anything more complicated than that we use Mad Science Works, a local shop that handles all our warranty and non-warranty repairs, picks up and delivers, and does great work. Hard to believe isn't it. There are also a couple of other shops in the area that we would have no hesitation of using or turning you onto.
